Our beef is raised on the high country grass of southwestern Wyoming and is lean and full of flavor. Our meat is healthy for our family and healthy for yours. We do NOT use antibiotics, ionophores (a growth stimulus), zilmax (also a growth stimulus), artificial hormones, nor insecticides. Beef is sold in quarter or half portions. It is $3.00/lb on the carcass weight. We will let you know the exact amount and cost. We are now taking orders for January as we need a little time to prepare the animal. We pay for all the costs to butcher and wrap, then the meat is frozen and ready for you to pick-up or we will deliver it to Orem for a $25 delivery fee. This year we are using Henderson Meat Processing in Bridger Valley, Wyoming. I think you will like the vacuum seal packaging which they do.
